The Party Package – Just $25 Per Guest

You’ll get a two hour event with one of our expert fencing coaches. Activities will include stretching, fencing games, and a lesson. The lesson will include brief footwork and posture, the proper way to hold and use the weapons, and time for supervised fencing in full protective equipment. Additional time can be booked to allow for pizza, cake, and gifts.

Our Basic Package Includes:

Use of club facilities for two hours
Up to two hours of fencing activities with a coach
All necessary protective equipment for guests
20% off coupon for Introduction to Fencing Course for all attendees
Engraved medal for guest of honor (medal must be requested with name two weeks in advance)

Extra Options
The following extra options are available:
Medals for all participants with custom engraving – $6 per guest (engraving must be requested two weeks in advance)
Foam sword party favors – $8 per guest
Balloon swords (unlimited) – $10
Pizza/Cake – We can provide the food, drinks, plates, napkins, cups, etc. for the party. The price is at-cost plus a 15% convenience fee.

How to Book:

Reserve the date and time as early as possible by emailing us at info@hubcityfencing.com.
Send our safety waiver (to be supplied via email) out with the invitations — guests CANNOT participate without this signed waiver!
Alert us to any guest allergies or medical issues.
Provide a non-refundable deposit of $100 or 50%, whichever is greater, no less than 3 weeks prior to the party date.
Provide the name of the guest of honor for the engraved medal
